我先分享一下自己用的解决办法，不过最好还是咨询一下win10的客服，有针对地解决。
当时客服让我把下面这个东西另存为.reg文件，然后双击运行：

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power]
"AwayModeEnabled"=dword:00000000
然后就好了！win10客服真的很棒！
