原因：沒有commons-fileupload包導致，然后就在pom里加入了依賴。

<artifactId>commons-fileupload</artifactId>
<version>1.3.1</version>
</dependency>
如果還沒有解決，去網上下載這個jar包，把它放在在lib的里面，就解決了這個問題。
