nvm 安裝npm 失敗 提示 Rollback failed. remove D:\soft\nvm\temp\npm-v6.9.0.zip: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Could not download npm for node v12.2.0.
解決： 單獨下載一份npm，或者用nvm下載其他版本的node版本， 復制粘貼到nvm列表的對應版本里
注意：復制的過程中，node_modules中的npm文件夾要一起復制！
