出現node與npm版本不一致
今天我升級了node之后，出現的了如下信息

我的node版本對應的npm是 7.7.6
執行 npm -g install npm@7.7.6
執行 npm -g install npm@7.7.6 出現的又一個問題

出現這個問題的原因是
這說明npm存在舊的npm緩存，還是舊的npm 環境。
我將 C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming下的 npm、npm-cache兩個文件刪除
刪除后重新執行 npm -g install npm@7.7.6
最后完美解決
