在本地 A 服務接口調用本地 B 服務接口，出現了如題錯誤。
其實很簡單。windows trust localhost ssl cert
那么如何添加呢？
1、運行 mmc
2、添加證書單元
3、打開個人證書(Person/Certificates)，找到 localhost 證書，拷貝並粘貼到可信根域證書（Trusted Root Certification Authorition/Certificates）即可
