從 ie 瀏覽器可以直接打開臨時文件夾所在的目錄，firefox(火狐）卻沒有這樣的選項，要打開它的臨時文件夾要知道具體位置（路徑）才行；不同版本的 Windows 系統，firefox臨時文件位置不同，所以文章將分別總結 Win7（Windows8）、Windows10 和 XP（Windows 2003）firefox 臨時文件夾的具體目錄，然后分享修改其臨時文件目錄（路徑）的方法。
一、firefox臨時文件位置之Win7，8和10
即使把 firefox 安裝到非系統盤（如D盤），它的臨時文件位置默認也會在系統盤，Win7 和 Windows8 系統是在：
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\a50ovw2l.default\Cache
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\a50ovw2l.default\
OfflineCache
Windows10 系統（Windows server 2019）在：
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\r4fafial.default-release-1\cache2
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\r4fafial.default-release-1\OfflineCache
cache2 中的緩存文件主要在 entries 文件夾中。
路徑中的 Administrator 是當前登錄系統的用戶名，如果不是用 Administrator 登錄，而是用 MyName，則 firefox臨時文件夾位置變為（Win7 為例）：
C:\Users\MyName\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\a50ovw2l.default\Cache
提示：如果以上路徑找不到，先退回 Profiles 文件夾，再找含有 default 的文件夾。如果還不行，看下文的firefox臨時文件位置查看方法。
二、firefox臨時文件位置之XP（Windows 2003）
XP 系統的臨時文件夾是放在 Documents and Settings 目錄下，所以 firefox臨時文件夾位置是在：
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.default\Cache
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.default\OfflineCache
同樣 UserName 是當前登錄系統的用戶名，把它改為自己的登錄用戶名即可。
三、firefox臨時文件位置查看及修改方法
1、在 firefox 地址欄輸入 about:cache 回車，打開窗口如下圖所示：
2、Storage disk location 右邊就是 firefox臨時文件路徑，從圖在可以看出有兩個，分別是 disk（或 Disk cache device） 和 Appcache（或 Offline cache device）。
3、修改 firefox臨時文件位置（路徑）
1）在 firefox 地址欄輸入 about:config 回車， 如果有“三思而后行（或這樣可能會失去質保)”的提示，單擊“接受風險並繼續（或我保證會小心）”，打開窗口如下圖所示：
2）復制 browser.cache.disk.parent_directory 到搜索輸入框，選擇“字符串”，如下圖所示：
3）單擊“添加（+)”，把firefox臨時文件夾路徑，如 D:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\temp，復制到輸入框，如下圖所示：
4）單擊“保存（打鈎)”，添加 browser.cache.disk.parent_directory 成功，如下圖所示：
5）重新啟動 firefox 后，臨時文件就被保存到 D:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\temp 文件夾
