無線丟包原因有很多,主要排查思路就兩個,一觀察丟包時,AP的空口是否異常增高;二觀察丟包時,AP的CPU利用率及內存情況。
通過對AP的觀察,發現了丟包時AP的cpu會異常升高到90%多,而且轉發進程被占滿。

通過觀察能初步判斷,CPU異常升高的時間有着大量廣播報文發送到AP,在AP上聯口鏡像抓包后,也表明確實存在突發大量異常廣播報文。
進行分析后發現異常廣播報文均為網關設備發送的ARP報文,通過檢查網關設備,發現網關設備上有大量TC報文,導致網關設備不停刷新ARP報文,從而導致無線體驗不好。
