python 通過get-pip.py 安裝 pip時報錯 ERROR: No matching distribution found for pip

執行python get-pip.py報錯：

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pip
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pip

更換鏡像地址解決：
python3 get-pip.py -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
