當在windows server 2012R2上部署asp.net core項目時，需要安裝the Hosting Bundle，但當我們安裝完dotnet-hosting后，瀏覽站點應用程序池會自動關閉，net core runtime基於vc_redist.x64運行的，所以也就出現了此類錯誤需要安裝vc_redist.x64才能在iis上運行netcore項目
