解決方案
查詢真實 IP
通過 IPAddress.com 查詢 http://raw.githubusercontent.com/ 的真實 IP，
可知其真實 IP 為 199.232.68.133。
修改 hosts
CentOS 及 macOS 直接在終端輸入
sudo vi /etc/hosts
編輯 hosts 文件，新增下列內容
199.232.68.133 raw.githubusercontent.com
保存即可
