1、打開網址：http://ping.chinaz.com/dl.google.com
2、ping dl.google.com
3、找到國內響應最快的地址，xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
4、在本機上ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
5、如果能ping通，則把這個地址加入到hosts文件中
修改hosts文件如下：
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost
180.163.150.161 dl.google.com
