Maven 不僅僅是一款項目構建和依賴管理工具，它還能夠聚合項目信息，促進項目團隊間地交流。POM 中可以包含各種項目信息，例如：項目描述、SCM 地址、許可證信息，開發者信息等。用戶可以使用 Maven 提供的 maven-site-plugin 插件讓 Maven 生成一個 Web 站點， 以站點的形式發布以上信息。
以 secondMaven 項目為例，修改其 pom.xml 中的配置，添加該插件到項目中。

打開命令行窗口，跳轉到 secondMaven 的目錄中，執行如下 mvn 命令。

Maven 命令運行完畢后，可以在項目的 target\site 目錄下找到 Maven 生成的站點文件，如下圖。
