java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to load ApplicationContext

當時就很懵逼，org.apache.ibatis.annotions.Select 這個包是有的啊，也可以點進去

隨網上找了一下基本上沒人遇到這個問題

最后折騰了一兩天后 發現居然是 maven包沖突導致的，原因是 mybatis-plus 自帶 mybatis 所以不需要再引入mybatis依賴

解決方法：

刪除 自項目中 mybatis 依賴即可 

相關 mybatis 的配置 也可以通過 mybatis-plus 進行配置
