maven配置了-DarchetypeCatalog=internal表示在沒有網絡情況下，也可以使用歷史用過的maven骨架
操作步驟：idae 點擊 File | Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Build Tools | Maven | Runner
在VM Options 中編輯內容：-DarchetypeCatalog=internal
最后apply完成！
