近日，在電腦上新裝了arcgis server10.2.2，通過arcmap發布地圖服務，一直顯示“打包成功，但發布失敗”
發現Server下System目錄下的PublishingTools工具沒有啟動，一啟動就報下面的錯誤。PrintingTools也是同樣的問題，其他工具如CachingControllers、CachingTools、ReportingTools、SyncTools等雖然啟動了，但是點開“+”，目錄下並沒有任何實際工具。
啟動工具報錯：
Service containing process crashed for 'Utilities/Search_indexer.GPServer'. Please see if an error report was generated in 'C:\arcgisserver\logs\P20160907000051\errorreports'. To send an error report to Esri, compose an e-mail to ArcGISErrorReport@esri.com and attach the error report file.
重新卸載server安裝，問題依然存在
arcgisserver文件夾更改權限，問題依然存在
從其他電腦拷貝publish tools文件下面的文件，問題依然存在
偶然間在esri官網幫助中看到，可以下載補丁文件解決
