解決方案：

1.打開certmgr.msc（當前用戶）

2. 刪除所有本地主機證書：

- 當前用戶信任的根證書頒發機構/證書

- 個人/證書，，，刪除所有localhost  再執行 dotnet dev-certs https --trust

dotnet dev-certs https --trust
--------------------------------------------------------------------
關閉瀏覽器，以免它們緩存證書，因為這會導致其他問題。

在CMD上運行

dotnet dev-certs https --clean
然后跑

dotnet dev-certs https -t
現在，您可以使用以下命令檢查證書

dotnet dev-certs https --check
如果這沒有返回任何我認為意味着一切都很好。
