[Solved]"failed to receive handshake ssl/tls connection failed github"

環境再現：

在使用githubDesktop時，提交分支更改，提示 "failed to receive handshake ssl/tls connection failed github"。

解決方法：

1，打開  git bash.

2，輸入

$ git config --global http.sslBackend "openssl"
$ git config --global http.sslCAInfo [path to .pem file]
