解決辦法
Android Studio打開Device File Explorer, 刪除/data/local/tmp/perfd文件夾.

 

注意：
這個解決辦法是照：https://blog.csdn.net/miyu1994/article/details/107999218  這篇文章抄的，經過實測，刪除上面的那個文件夾之后確實不崩潰了，不過在點擊底部的"start recording"按鈕時還是會發生崩潰。目前暫時找不到好的解決辦法，只好換一個手機了。
