最近購買了，地平線4游戲，但是游戲啟動過程中出現了閃退，具體表現為出現啟動圖片后3秒左右，程序退出；起初我像眾多網友一樣，找一下網上的帖子，網絡上解決方案如下：
- 修復direct組件和修復c++運行環境；DirectXRepair修復2月11號更新閃退教程
- 重置游戲，重新下載游戲，更新啟動等；地平線4最全閃退解決方法
- 官方支持team也給了解決方法：My Game is Not Launching or is Crashing on PC
- 關閉不兼容軟件等，具體不兼容軟件，可以參考官方解決方法。

但是上述方法，大概率上不能解決問題，需要大量嘗試；我的解決方法可以參考：
- 查看windows日志，觀察游戲啟動后和閃退后，產生的錯誤；如果還出現錯誤，可以使用純凈啟動，逐一排查服務。具體可參考：極限競速 地平線4 無法啟動、載入畫面后幾秒后閃退的解決辦法 通過純凈啟動，通用性解決方案；
上述問題，顯示的是，anyshare程序對地平線程序產生了注入干擾。我通過查找anyshare程序，發現為北航雲盤，重新卸載，並重啟后即可啟動。其他相似問題，也可以通過這種方法排除，我覺得這是終極方案。建議關閉360，主動防御模塊，晶核防御模塊，或者簡單重新安裝程序。

Minimum System Requirements
Confirm your PC build is actually capable of running the game.
The game’s minimum requirements are:
OS: Windows 10
RAM: 8GB
CPU: Intel Core i3-4170 or higher.
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650Ti or AMD R7 250X.
The recommended system requirements are:
OS: Windows 10
RAM: 12GB

If you have an on-board graphics processor be sure to set priority to PCI-E > PCI > Int.Graphics/Int.GPU in BIOS.
Run MemTest to rule out any RAM related issues
Administrator Account
Log in to Windows 10 with a local Administrator Account. This fixes the majority of cases reported.
Check for Updates to Windows 10
Always ensure that you have the latest updates to Windows 10 by clicking Start and typing 'Updates' in the search box.

Once you've updated, perform a complete shutdown and restart your machine.
Microsoft Store and UWP game reset
Make sure all to set your game to the highest priority in Task Manager.
Windows > Settings > type Apps & Features > title > Advanced Options > Reset
Software
The game does not explicitly support and may even see certain applications/software as a conflict or threat and as such refuse to run, or run with crashes.
Disable ALL background software or applications including, Antivirus, Firewalls, and any FPS boosting or monitoring software.
Forza Horizon 4 will not boot if you are using any of the following virus checkers.

We would suggest disabling Game Mode in Windows and close any overclocking, hardware monitoring, streaming, recording, and any nonessential apps while you play the game.
Deactivate Windows Defender

Disable Windows Defender's real-time scanning.
Set game priority to high

Then, make sure that your Power settings are correct

Change to High Performance

Make sure you have not disabled Forza Horizon 4 as a background app.
Click the Windows button on your PC
Open Privacy
Scroll down to Background Apps on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to Forza Horizon 4 and select the slider to turn it ON.
Downloading with current Account from Microsoft store
Open the Microsoft Store, then in the top right corner click on the profile picture.
If you have multiple accounts signed in, sign out of all of them but leave the email account linked to the game's purchase signed in.
Next, in the Microsoft Store download any free app at all.
Then try playing the game again through the Microsoft Store 'Library' page.
Disabling Development Mode
Press Windows + R.
Type Powershell and hit enter.
Copy and paste the following into the Powershell window and press enter.
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
Reboot your PC.
Make Sure the Time/Date on your PC is Correct
Right click on the clock on your start menu.
Select Adjust Date/Time.
Untick then retick 'Set time zone automatically'.
Reboot your PC.
Missing/Corrupted files
The game may have encountered an issue with a recent update (Windows, Drivers, Content) and refuses run with crashes or missing updates.
Ensure you have the MOST recent Windows 10 update
Make sure your Graphics Card is updated with the latest patch, after windows update.
Reset Store and Application - Windows>Settings>Applications>title>Advanced Options>Reset
Full re-installation of the title
VR/Windows Mixed Reality Headsets.
We are currently investigating an issue regarding Forza Horizon 4 crashing when using VR/Windows Mixed Reality Headsets. Please make sure you have these unplugged when attempting to launch and play Forza Horizon 4.
If you are still having an issue after you've tried these, please submit a ticket using the option below and attach your event logs and DXDIAG.
Instructions on how to get your event logs:
Try to launch the game.
Right after the splash screen closes you will want to type Event Viewer into the start menu and press enter
Select Windows Logs then Application.
Select any warning or error messages to see if its related to Forza Horizon 4 (or the title of the game you are going to submit a ticket for).
If so, you will want to select 'Save Selected Events' from the Actions on the right hand side.
Run the Microsoft Tool
Go to the link and save/run the tool. Follow the on screen instructions to troubleshoot/fix your issue.

Reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ programs
Press the Windows Key + R, appwiz.cpl and then press Enter.
Locate the Microsoft Visual C++ programs in the list.
Select each entry and then click Uninstall.
Download a fresh copy of Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime from here and then install it.
Reset the Microsoft Store
You can use the steps below to refresh the Microsoft Store which will clear the cache and refresh your library permissions. This fixes the majority of the cases.
Close the Windows Store app if you have it open.
Click Start and type 'WSRESET', without the quotes.
Right click on the command and click 'Run as Administrator'. If the Windows permission box appears, click 'Yes' or 'Run'.
A black MS Dos screen will appear for a few seconds. Wait for it to disappear and the Store will automatically open.
Attempt to Install the Forza title.
