2、全部禁用后有27個左右，這些是禁用不掉的，

重起電腦后：
Microsoft IME CPU 居高不下，原因可以斷定是語言或輸入法支持服務被禁用了。
查找相關被禁用的服務開啟即可，但這么多服務也夠找半天的。
實際中，千萬別這么做，隨后再找找網卡的支持服務，因為網絡也被禁用了無法上網。
似乎windows已做了相關的優化，再開啟全部windows服務后(可以一個個找，看看是哪個服務影響)，Microsoft IME CPU恢復了正常
有些服務沒必要開，就可以禁用掉，比如自動更新，Xbox 傳真，藍牙、手機、Hyper-V之類，這些可能很少用到，可以禁用。
即使開了，可能也不會啟動

至於第三方的，用不到的服務全禁用，特別是一些流氓軟件自動安裝捆綁的服務，包括啟動項都可以禁用
