如果按照pipeID來統計，有大約1083條管是重復的。

如果按照pipeID+ShapeLength，有大約1082條管是重復的。

由此可見，根據pipeID即可鑒定管道是否重復。

那么如何刪除重復的管道呢？如果有重復，則只保留第一條數據。
