該問題修改
修改experimental為true即可

修改registry-mirrors添加阿里源 "https://alzgoonw.mirror.aliyuncs.com" 即可
啟動成功后通過docker ps 查詢是否啟動成功。
最后訪問http://localhost/ 查看即可。
