One or more Filters failed to start

記錄一下今晚的錯誤,tomcat日志中一直顯示One or more Filters failed to start. Full details will be found in the appropriate container log file。
聽網上說是web.xml出錯，一直核對了多次並無出錯。
然后根據網上的查找，是說多個jar包之間發生了沖突，然后想到最初的SpringMvc也是自帶有一個jar包，在項目中並沒有刪除。
