Tomcat設置-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 系統默認文件編碼

Windows環境下：
修改apache-tomcat-xxxxxx\bin\catalina.bat

tomcat7.X以下加上:

 set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% %LOGGING_CONFIG%的后面加上 -Dfile.encoding="UTF-8" 

tomcat7.X加上:

  set "JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% %LOGGING_CONFIG% -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8"
 

例：tomcat7.0.11

set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -server -Xms4096m -Xmx4096m -XX:MaxNewSize=3072m -XX:PermSize=4096M -XX:MaxPermSize=4096m
