grid安裝過程中可能會出現各種問題，這個問題怎么處理？已經友好提示了，就順着再來一遍
【問題現象】
[root@rac01 ~]# /u01/app/11.2.0.4/grid/root.sh

【如何解決】
#找到對應目錄
[root@rac01 ~]# cd /u01/app/11.2.0.4/grid/crs/install/
[root@rac01 install]# ls -l rootcrs.pl
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root oinstall 36870 Jul 14 2013 rootcrs.pl
#這樣執行一下就基本能搞定了
[root@rac01 install]# ./rootcrs.pl -deconfig -force -verbose
Using configuration parameter file: ./crsconfig_params
****Unable to retrieve Oracle Clusterware home.
Start Oracle Clusterware stack and try again.
CRS-4046: Invalid Oracle Clusterware configuration.
CRS-4000: Command Stop failed, or completed with errors.

Removing Trace File Analyzer
Failure in execution (rc=-1, 256, No such file or directory) for command /etc/init.d/ohasd deinstall

#最后再重新再執行 root.sh, 一般都能解決
