將圖片生成縮略圖Java代碼實現

在工作中經常會遇到圖片處理相關的需求，比如說一些圖片網站只展示相關的縮略圖，而真實的圖片可能很大而不是直接展示。所以就需要在上傳相關的圖片后直接對圖片進行處理生成相關的縮略圖。實現代碼如下：
