先安裝vue插件：
file --> settings --> plugins-->vue.js-->install
設置vue文件模板。
file-->setting-->editor-->file and code Templates，選擇Vue File，然后可以在右邊框中編輯默認模板內容，編輯完點擊“ok”。
2020版不需要添加file type可以直接打開。
剛接觸idea不是很熟練，file-new 一些文件不顯示快捷方式，也沒找到更多或搜索選項。后續教程補上
