401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
解決方案
1. Open IIS and select the website that is causing the 401
2. Open the "Authentication" property under the "IIS" header
3. Right Click the "Anonymous Authentication" item and click "Edit"
4. Select "Application Pool Identity" in popup
5. Click OK
