springcloud 啟動錯誤

第一、沒有添加 hystrix，這是因為新版本的Spring Cloud對熔斷器Hystrix有要求，Eureka中必須添加對Hystrix的依賴才可以正常啟動。

第二、給 eureka-sever 添加了多余的版本號。

如果接收到：java.lang.ClassNotFoundException：org.apache.http.config.RegistryBuilder 這個錯誤

 還是不行的話可以加上
