問題描述
1、S4里面，執行外幣評估（FAGL_FCV）后，對原因代碼的替代不生效；
2、BSEG表里面不更新外幣評估的會計憑證。
處理方式
根據NOTE 2379901 - FAGL_FCV: Creation of BSEG entries
由技術處理：
此處該note是針對100及101版本的，對於102版本S4 1709，直接按照紅框去實施該badi及增強即可，不需實施該note。
