解決方案：
1、獲取ssl版本
結果顯示如下：
說明不支持，依賴的版本是：1.1.1d
2、安裝ssl
地址：https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
沒有1.1.1d版本，選擇1.1.1g,下載，安裝
安裝后在QT項目的.pro文件中加入：
INCLUDEPATH += C:/OpenSSL-Win32/include
