MAC 安裝brew raw.githubusercontent.com port 443: Connection refused 本人親自認證過，踩過多種方案，最終認證的解決方案
原因：由於某些你懂的因素，導致GitHub的raw.githubusercontent.com域名解析被污染了。
解決辦法：通過修改hosts解決此問題。
查詢真實IP在https://www.ipaddress.com/ 查詢raw.githubusercontent.com的真實IP。
修改hosts:
sudo vim /etc/hosts
添加如下內容：199.232.68.133 raw.githubusercontent.com
