問題描述：配置sublime的python環境時，編譯時出現下面的報錯提示，首先cmd執行python確認python環境沒問題，然后在設置-應用執行別名里把應用安裝程序python.exe,python3.exe開關關閉
報錯提示：Python was not found but can be installed from the Microsoft Store: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?linkID=2082640
