錯誤表象：父工程A下有兩個工程B,C,B的pom文件中依賴了C，C中maven compile 報錯，A下install報錯
錯誤代碼：Failure to find com.testcrud:testcrud-parent:pom:1.0.0 in http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of nexus-aliyun has elapsed or updates are forced
解決方法：原因C中Pom文件打包成了POM，<packaging>pom</packaging>這段話刪除后解決
