Spring Boot 項目腳本（啟動、停止、重啟、狀態）

此腳本用來管理 SpringBoot 項目的進程狀態。有提示功能。把腳本丟到項目文件夾, 添加執行權限即可。

如果 jenkins 使用這個腳本, 需要在 java -jar 命令前添加 BUILD_ID=dontKillMe , 不然 jenkins 會殺掉進程。
