在conftest.py中實現

def pytest_html_results_table_header(cells):
    cells.insert(1, html.th('Description'))
    cells.insert(2, html.th('Test'))  #增加一列，解決用例參數入參為中文時正常顯示
    cells.pop(3) #將原有的test刪除

@pytest.mark.optionalhook
def pytest_html_results_table_row(report, cells):
    cells.insert(1, html.td(report.description))
    cells.insert(2, html.td(report.nodeid))
    cells.pop(3)
