kafka開啟JMX

如果直接 修改kafka-run-class.sh腳本，第一行增加JMX_PORT=9988。 會導致消費者消費失敗

Error: Exception thrown by the agent : java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 9999; nested exception is:
java.net.BindException: Address already in use (Bind failed)

在kafka-server-start.sh  添加一條 export JMX_PORT=9988  即可
