在把一個項目移植到另一個域名下到時候，遇到了如上到問題
原因是我把當前域名注冊了https
如果我把網站訪問到地址改回為http，又回出現如上錯誤，只是Port變更為了80
解決辦法：
我用到是寶塔面板，進入當前網頁到網站更目錄下，點擊設置
點擊php版本，修改版本純靜態為你到項目所依賴到php版本。
我這里是7.2。
問題解決。
