consul與springcloud整合

1. 服務提供者注冊進consul

1.1新建支付服務module cloud-providerconsul-payment8006

1.6 啟動8006 測試

 

 這樣 consul-provider-payemnt 就注冊進來了，再來測試功能，也是正常執行的。

 

 

2. 服務消費者注冊進consul

2.1 新建modul cloud-consumerconsul-order80
