使用jupyter報錯：ImportError: FloatProgress not found. Please update jupyter and ipywidgets.
這是因為jupyter或者ipywidgets沒安裝或者沒關聯造成
解決辦法：
1，卸載jupyter：pip uninstall jupyter
2，安裝jupyter：pip install jupyter
3，安裝ipywidgets：pip install ipywidgets
4，關聯：jupyter nbextension enable --py widgetsnbextension
不推薦使用conda安裝，一不下心下錯環境和關聯錯環境，找不到錯誤就是到頭重來。
