解決方法
在安裝時使用別的鏡像pip安裝告別安裝慢 安裝報錯問題
用以下命令：
pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple加上需要安裝的庫即可

更新：
pip install 所要安裝的庫 -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
這個命令更好用一點
