第一種解決方法，win+r 打開cmd ，輸入命令 netstat -aon 查看進程,找到8080，
或者輸入指定8080的命令：netstat -aon|findstr "8080"
輸入命令格式：taskkill /t /f /pid 進程id，殺掉8080進程，比如：taskkill /t /f /pid 6736
第二種方法：修改配置文件端口，比如改為8081,8082
