自己創建了一個SSM 項目，使用maven的tomcat7 運行報錯

看第一句沒意思到servlet 初始化的時候報錯了，找了好久，后面發覺是沒有配置ContextLoaderListener ，在web.xml中配置

如果沒有這個的話，則無法使用配置的攔截器，以及最重要是是攔截器使用之前需要初始化，如讀取contextConfigLocation ，所以導致我的IOrdersService Autowired失敗（以及開啟注解掃描的情況下），下面是源代碼里面查看的
