當本地curl需要訪問https時，如果沒有配置證書，會出現SSL certificate: unable to get local issuer certificate錯誤信息。
解決辦法：
1、下載pem文件
2、將文件拷貝到D:\phpStudy\PHPTutorial\cacert.pem
3、在php.ini 增加curl.cainfo = "D:\phpStudy\PHPTutorial\cacert.pem"
