[具體文件格式后綴]為*時，所有格式文件都有該右鍵菜單

shell和shellex區別
shell文件夾中定義的菜單，在右鍵上直接顯示
shellex文件夾中定義的菜單，在右鍵上顯示為多級菜單
Directory和Folder區別
Directory文件夾內定義的菜單，在所有文件夾（除了我的電腦右鍵）右鍵中顯示
Folder文件夾內定義的菜單，在所有文件夾（包括我的電腦右鍵）右鍵中顯示
