原因目前可能有如下：
1.程序已經在運行，進入任務管理器結束nh_03testCallPy.exe這個程序即可。（絕大多數網友遇到的問題）
2.360正在殺毒，進入沙箱模式，殺完毒或者結束360即可。（額，我查閱了半天資料都如原因1，后來才發現360在殺毒）
