首先配置文件為空,這個問題不知道是怎么造成的,但是我早復制備份了一份

先把上面的內容填一下,保存,然后重啟一下數據庫
然后就是"有空用戶的現象，MySQL官方的BUG，優先匹配到空用戶"
我去數據庫看了一下,還真有一個host為localhost,user為空的數據,我就通過PHPmyadmin把那條數據刪了
然后通過終端執行 "FLUSH PRIVILEGES"
就恢復正常了
