微信第三方平台獲取ticket報錯解決方法（PHP）

問題：

微信開發小程序消息加解密，官方給出的dome中使用正常，最近項目的PHP版本升級到了7.1發現接收消息不能解密了，最后查了日志又查了各種資料發現 Mcrypt 函數php7.1已經被廢棄； 

解決方法：

在Prpcrypt類中使用openssl代替Mcrypt。代碼如下：
