解決方案： 刪除C:\Users\admin\.m2\repository\org\springframework\cloud\spring-cloud-config-dependencies\2.0.0.RELEASE文件夾下的內容，重新install
不一定是上面的目錄，具體看詳細信息中縮寫的目錄
