報錯原因：
Windows 系統的語言和數據庫版本的語言不一致導致
比如系統是英文，SQL Server是中文版的
解決辦法：
將操作系統語言設置成和數據庫版本語言一致的

2.下載跟系統語言一致的數據庫版本
